Anyone who knows Lady Glenneth Tillman would likely assert, ‘She has been a faithful and strong support to her husband, his vision, and her family’. Her calling is to serve as an instrument of healing and nourishment for people and families based on principles outlined in the Word of God. While Bringing Lives into Focus with the Word to Serve TM alongside her husband and pastor, First Lady Glenneth Tillman serves her NCBC family, church leaders, and other ministries through powerful teachings and encouraging words.

Lady Glenneth M. Tillman, the youngest daughter of six siblings and a graduate of Columbus’ West High School, married Elder Howard Tillman in 1969. She supported her husband through his ministry across the globe as an itinerant evangelist. In November 1989, the couple received one of their most significant assignments when the Lord called Bishop to the pastorate. The doors of New Covenant Believers’ Church, Inc. (NCBC) opened November 1989 in Columbus, OH.

After being ordained as a minister on July 21, 2002, Lady Tillman began to motivate and encourage women through various national women’s conferences and workshops. Her areas of expertise include: pre-marital & marriage counseling, family & child counseling, the balancing act (balancing work, family, and personal interests as women), and personality profiling.
She currently serves as the Director of Life and Family Services in the Office of Pastoral Services at NCBC, which includes: oversight of all counseling practices within the ministry, church/corporate décor, wedding coordination, and staff mediation. Lady Tillman also founded and developed several programs adopted by NCBC, including the Koinoinia Recovery Group TM and Marriage Mentors. She is also steadily working to develop NCBC’s board certified mental health center, Nehemiah Center for Change TM.

First Lady Tillman’s academic résumé includes certification by the following organizations:

Breakthrough Lay Counseling The Franklin County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Service Board (ADAMH), Community Mediation Services of Central Ohio, and The Ohio Institute for Addiction Studies
Lady Tillman is also a member of the National Association of Forensic Counselors and a member of the Franklin County Mental Health Association. In addition, she is a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor (CCDC).

Lady Glenneth Tillman’s ministry experiences are diverse. As a counselor, confidant, and friend, her contributions to NCBC and the community-at-large are innumerable and invaluable. She is the proud mother of three sons, and along with her husband, Bishop Howard Tillman, an active grandparent.
